Anna Knafo attended University of California, Los Angeles, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. After completing her undergraduate degree, she earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
Anna Knafo is a true Plaintiff’s lawyer at heart. She has more than a decade of experience fighting for Plaintiffs in personal injury, products liability, employment, and medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining SLP, she served on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Toyota Unintended Acceleration cases coordinated in California. She also served on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in litigation against a California hospital in which over 200 patients were alleged to have received excessive doses of radiation when the hospital’s CT scanner was on the wrong setting for over a year.
As a Senior Associate at Strategic Legal Practices, her focus is on consumer law claims arising out of the consumer protection claims. She has first and second chaired jury and bench trials and was recently published in the November 2016 issue of the Advocate Magazine; “The Rule of 6 When Suing a Governmental Entity”. Ms. Knafo was also selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California.
